taegan's team is getting ready to head to italy march 21-31!  we took some team pics for the agropoli cup tournament brochure.

taegan's team played in four friendly games this weekend in murfreesboro against three kentucky teams and one from indiana.  all four teams are region II premier league teams.  we lost our first game by one goal, tied our next two, and won the final game.  we looked great!  it's gonna be a memorable last season with coach candice and all the girls!

soccer ole 3v3 in oxford

we spent the day in oxford with cooper's soccer ole team for a 3v3 tournament.  the weather was chilly, but the sun made the day beautiful.  we finished in 2nd place. the tupelo team we played was great competition, and the better team.

i got two tickets to see rock of ages on broadway and lots of other great things.  what a good man!  i always tell him not to get me anything because valentine's day is so over-rated.  and every year, after he says okay to me, he goes over the top.  he says he knows better...happy wife=happy life!  

king and queen of hearts 2013

what a great night!  manny was selected by his class to represent the 8th grade at king and queen of hearts!  he chose to escort abigail curtis.  not only does she look beautiful, but the kids say she is PERFECT...she has perfect behavior, she's a great athlete, she has stellar grades, she's a strong christian, and she's kind to everyone.  i know that was a grammatically incorrect sentence, but it's the best way to say it.  so glad he picked her to escort!  

mha 8th grade b'ball champs!

tonight was a memorable night for 8th graders at harding!  both the boys' and girls' team took first place in the division tournament against the st. george's gryphons!   the crowd and fan support was amazing!  i'm not convinced either team would have won without the cheering and fan support.  winning isn't everything...but it feels good when it happens!  who wouldn't want to be a harding lion?
